Cornerstone Baptist Church - Fayetteville, NC

We enjoyed the opportunity to serve at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The church enjoys eating Sunday lunch together every week, so our team got to spend some time fellowshipping with the people. What a great way to start our time off together. The church’s choir joined in with us on Sunday morning and sang “One Day” for the morning service. What a blessing to serve in music together with the church!

Monday morning, we did a elementary and high school chapel, which allowed us to get to know the students of the school. Monday was the only day that we really got to mingle with them, as the weather caused several delays to the school schedule.  We were thankful for the day off with snow but unfortunately the service was also cancelled on Tuesday. Wednesday school was cancelled again for the kids and with already having Thursday and Friday off, they only had one day of school for the week! Thankfully the roads cleared up enough, so that we could still have our services throughout the rest of the week.

On Friday, the ladies of the church got together for a luncheon.  We loved having this time to get to know the women of the church and to share how God is growing us. Stephanie had the opportunity to share what God is doing in her life.  It was a blessing to serve alongside of the people at Cornerstone. We look forward to ministering together in the future!
