​We were excited to plug in Rocky Mount in our GPS for our next week of services at Crossroads Baptist Church. This is Aaron’s hometown, and he grew up in this church before they changed locations a few years back. Our team has been to Rocky Mount a couple of times in the past few years, so the feeling of coming ‘home’ was felt by most of us. Pastor Steve Harduk welcomed our team to the church on Saturday, anticipating a great week of ministry. 

What a full week! We started up our time together with Valentine’s Day Banquet on Saturday night. The meal for the night, set up by some of the ladies of the church, was absolutely delicious and the decorations beautiful! Our team played some songs and a quick game with all the couples there, and then Aaron preached a message on loving God and loving others. We enjoyed the opportunity to get to know some of the folks from Anchor before our meetings began the next morning. 

​This week we headed north to Winder, GA with Pastor Stephen Smallwood of Hope Baptist Church. After a month in Florida, we were excited (and a little cold) to be near the rolling hills around the area. As a surprise, Matt and Carol Anne's family met up with us on Saturday to spend the weekend with their children. It's always a wonderful blessing to see family on the road!

After a great week in Palm Harbor, we headed twenty minutes north to Holiday, Florida. We had been looking forward to serving at Holiday Bible Church with Pastor Bo Bowman.  Bo has been serving at Holiday Bible for just over two years and has seen great growth in his church. When he came there were seventeen people at the church. Over the past couple of years, God has been adding people to the church from the surrounding community.
