Week 4 from Boones Creek

We had such a wonderful week of ministry at Boones Creek Bible Church in Johnson City, TN. It was a busy week with pre-sessions for adults, teens, and children. We launched a new children’s pre-session that highlights five different missionaries that have given their lives to spreading the Gospel, and in doing so, have proved that Jesus is worthy. We are burdened to teach our kids that Jesus is worthy of our time, our affections and our lives. When we truly believe that Jesus is worthy, it changes how we view our every-day circumstances. Believing that Jesus is truly worthy of everything will help us to love and obey Him, no matter what.
 
         We also had the special privilege of leading a special service on Thursday evening. Aaron preached from Romans 8:28-39 and intertwined his message with congregational singing. We as a team were greatly encouraged, and it was a true joy to partner together with the church in song and meditating on the glorious truths of the Gospel found in Romans 8.  We really believe that the sweetness of that evening was a small glimpse into the truly glorious fellowship we will share with all believers one day in heaven. God is so kind to give us a community of believers to fellowship with here, and we are thankful for the opportunity to have worshipped with and served alongside of the people of Boones Creek Bible Church. What a special week of ministry!
